Are You Ready for Affiliate Program?
Affiliate programs are one of the most difficult ways to generate a serious income on the internet. I will give you a few reasons, why affiliate programs or and reseller program don't make anyone wealthy.
1 - Most affiliate programs only pay a small percentage in commissions.
2 - There is so many people marketing the exact same affiliate programs.
3 - I have been with some affiliate program and have had trouble getting paid by them or tried to get some good customer service;I won't be the one to trash them, i'm better than that, but they know what is coming to them. Usually affiliates don't care because they have made their money and that's why.
Before getting involved as an affiliate or reseller for any company , my tip to you, is to make sure you get some information such as names and contacts of some of their affiliates. This way you could talk to real people promoting the company.
The only good side with affiliate program is that you don't have to do anything to get started. If you decide to join an affiliate program, you should ask some questions such as :
1-How often do you pay affiliates?
2-Are there any fees to join?
3-Do you get paid for every sale?
4-Can you cancel at anytime without penalty?
5-How do you track your sales?
6-How do you pay by check,paypal,credit card?
In conclusion
Do yourself a favor and research before jumping on board. Once I have some money making affiliate programs , I will post them.
